 came to Door Creek in 1987.  He graduated from UW Stevens Point with a degree in Resource Management.  He has held numerous Building Services management positions over the years and for 15 years served in many volunteer capacities at Door Creek before joining the staff on January 1, 2003.

As the Director of Operations and Outreach his passion is to use his years of experience in business and management to support the ongoing operations of the church and to provide opportunities for everyone who attends Door Creek to draw closer to God by using their gifts and abilities to serve others both in the church and in the community.

He and his wife Chris have two daughters Katie (Nathan), and Laura.  They also have a granddaughter Aly. Randy enjoys hiking, gardening, kayaking, fly fishing and reading.
