Care

It has often been said that care begins at home.  For those who consider Door Creek their family and home, there is the freedom to share with others the joy and sorrows that we all experience.  Our lives are full of opportunities to celebrate life and to grow through life’s adversities as we recognize our dependence on God and others.

DivorceCare
Door Creek’s DivorceCare seminar and support groups are led by people who understand that you are going through one of life’s most difficult experiences and having gone through it themselves want to help you find help, discover hope and experience healing.  Our goal is that you'll learn more about how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life.

GriefShare
GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close.

Baptisms
At Door Creek we practice baptism because Jesus' precedent (Matthew 3:13) and precept (Matthew 28:18-20) gave authority for its observance. In the New Testament, belief always seemed to proceed baptism.

Parent/Child Dedications
In dedicating our children to the Lord, we are really committing ourselves as parents to the Biblical task of raising them in a way that is pleasing to God.  Families with new children are strengthened when they publicly dedicate themselves to raise their children in the "nurture and admonition of the Lord."

Helping Hands
WHEN YOU NEED A HELPING HAND
In a time of need, it’s often hard to manage the business of everyday living.  If you are facing such a time, the Helping Hands ministry of Door Creek Church is here to lend a hand.  Sometimes help with a few tasks, whether they are simple or complex, can make a big difference in your time of need.
