Craig Heilman came to Door Creek Church in 1991. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a degree in Journalism. Craig enjoyed the first 18 years of his career in Information Technology and executive management positions.  He also participated on advisement boards with the University of Wisconsin. 

Through his membership at Door Creek Church and his experience in missions, Craig followed his calling and joined the staff of Door Creek Church as the Executive Pastor in May 2007. Craig is pursuing his passion of serving God full time by using his business operations and management experience to assist Door Creek in reaching its vision and mission.  He is pursuing his master's degree in Christian Studies at Trinity International University.  His emphasis is in global missions and intercultural studies.
 
As the executive pastor, Craig manages the staff and development, church strategy, ministry plans and budget.  He is also ministering through his leadership role in Global Missions where he oversees and participates on the Global Outreach Triad.
 
He and his wife, Brenda, have two daughters, Lauren and Sadie, and a son, Teagan.
