Upward Registration Page
Please complete the registration form below for each child you are registering for Upward Basketball. You may also pay online. After you are finished registering your child(ren), click on the "pay now" link. Please complete the registration form for each player.
Plan on bringing your child(ren) to the Player Evaluations anytime on Friday, December 2 from 6-8:30pm or Saturday, December 3 from 8-2pm. Each player must attend an evaluation session. Evaluations are drop-in and takes about 30 minutes/player.
