Women are busy with many hats to wear and we need to feed our bodies to give us the energy we need. The concept of Eating Clean is eating food the way nature intended. We will make and sample simple snacks and meals that are high in protein. Cost: $3 per person

FASHION PENDANT AND RING
Create your very own custom jewelry pieces designed to suit your style. Choose from resin flower pendants in lots of colors and styles or use pretty papers to customize a bubble glass pendant. In addition, use the same items to fashion a one-of-a-kind stylish ring. Limit 2 per person. Cost: $8 for both, $5 for one

Whether you are an artist or not, this fun easy craft is all the rage in department stores. Decorate your own painted glass vase or wine glass--keep for yourself or give to a friend. Take home and bake in the oven to create a washable product! Limit 2 per person. Cost: $3 each project
