My family and I made Door Creek Church our home in June, 2011. Soon after that I was asked to come on staff as an Interim Global Outreach Director; a role that oversees the global mission’s work of the church and mobilizes people to make a difference in creative and strategic ways in the less developed world. My faith, heart for people and the desire for providing sustainable solutions to poverty and injustice issues is much of the driving force behind the work I do in serving the poor. I am inspired by working with people and seeing them achieve, find meaning and beauty in this story we each are writing called life. When I am not at the church I’m directing WE International Inc, a global human rights and development non-governmental association that my wife Tina and I, along with others founded in 2007. The purpose of WE International is to raise awareness of poverty and injustice issues in the less developed world, while providing sustainable solutions. Find out more at: www.weinternational.org

My wife and I have four wonderful children: Jordon, Brock, Jacob, and Emma. I am originally from upstate New York, but have been in Madison on and off for the last 20+ years. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Duquesne University. I also studied foreign policy at Oxford University, England.
