Made to Crave is about satisfying your deepest desires with God, not food. Learn that craving isn't a bad thing, but God created us to crave so we'd ultimately desire more of Him in our lives. Come for spiritual empowerment to live a healthy life! And wear your tennies as we start with a bit of exercise!
Format: 20 minutes optional exercise DVD, then 20 minutes teaching DVD, small group Bible study, prayer
Dates: Every other Tuesday morning—Jan 10, 17; Feb 14, 28; March 13, 27; April 17, 24
Preparation: 2 hours per lesson
