Guatemala Mission Trip

Group: Sprecher Road Campus, Global Outreach, North Campus

Guatemala: Children and missionary support outreach.  This trip is primarily focusing on children and providing care for our DCC missionaries. We will be working with long time DCC partner Los Olivios Church, DCC Missionaries Peter and Krista Wetzel, and DCC ministry partner Vision Trust.

 Price $1300 (If God is calling you to go we ask that you step out in faith and trust him to provide. We will talk with you about raising funds, and participating in some group fundraisers.)

  • Helping to build safe burning stoves for the local community.
  • Raising funds to help build latrines.
  • Sharing faith and doing evangelism in local schools and villages.
  • Visiting local families in their homes to share the gospel.
  • Working with local feeding program.

For you to be considered for this trip, you must complete a Global Outreach Mission trip application and Global Outreach Reference Form with a $100 deposit.  You can drop it off or mail it to Door Creek Church, 6602 Dominion Drive, Madison, WI  53718 by March 1st, 2012.  The deposit will be applied to the cost of the trip.  From there Global Outreach ministry will contact you regarding your acceptance and explain your next steps. Then we will talk with you about obtaining passports and visas, raising support and all the other necessary things for you to have an amazing trip.
