Short Term Missions
Door Creek is committed to spreading the gos
pel where ever we are; at home, or in the mission field. Our church community supports several teams that go and serve in our community and in countries around the world. Our focus on church partnerships allows us to invest in a focused relationship to understand specific people groups and ways we can minister to them in their communities. Our vision is to build synergistic relationships where we can return again and again to build onto the long term relationships we have with church and community leaders. Effective ministry takes time to develop. Each time we interact with our partners we learn more about the people.
Adults and youth alike experience the on going partnership and build on relationships over time. Many return to participate in our short term trips to our church partners year-after-year. As the relationships build we see more of how God is transforming the communities as He uses us as ministers of His Word and the love of Christ.
