Whether you plan to attend the DeForest Campus or are simply thinking about it, we think these meetings will help you to better pray for yourself, the campus, and the community.
Children's Ministry Registration
Please complete the Parent Information Form. Upon completion of this form, you will be directed to a page containing the children's form. Please complete the Child Form for each child you are registering for God's Garden, KidJam and Awana.
If your child is participating in Awana, in addition to the online registration please complete this form for each child and return to DCC church office or bring to Awana.
