MOPS Coordinator
Description: Shepherd steering team, coordinate speaker selection, help pick pertinent themes for the MOPS year, assist small group team leader with training of table leaders, manage MOPS finances, and assist in leading Investigative Bible Study.
Spiritual Gifts: Leadership, Administration, Shepherding
Skills Needed: Leadership skills, Wisdom, and some Financial skill
Time and Place: One year commitment; at Door Creek Church and at home

MOPS Administrative Team Leader
Description: Recruit a team of women to assist with duties, mass mailing in August, create posters, marketing materials, press releases, and various other duties.

Time and Place: One year commitment; at Door Creek Church and at home

MOPS Administrative Assistant
Description: Assist members of Steering with special admin projects, assist with registration, send out reminder emails and cards, help produce newsletters, and recruit a team of MOPS women to help with all administrative duties.

Description: Work with coordinator to set up speakers for each MOPS meeting; MC MOPS night; set time limit for each MOPS meeting; make announcements provided by Steering team on MOPS nights; and communicate with small group team leader table questions 2 weeks prior to MOPS night.

MOPS Childcare Team Leader
Description: Recruit and organize childcare workers for MOPS nights, organize an activity for the kids, and make sure snacks are covered.

Time and Place: Second Tuesday night of each month at Door Creek Church; some work done outside of church to prepare for MOPS night

Description: Recruit a team to assist with decorations, set up, clean up, and handle refreshments.

Description: Set up, decorate, and clean up the room after each MOPS meeting, and supply (by assigning) refreshments for each MOPS meeting.

Description: Recruit a team of MOPS women to assist with special events. Plan Christmas and Easter celebrations, Madison Children's Museum outing, and any other special events as decided by the team. Organize and launch playgroups.

Description: Recruit Table Leaders to lead table discussions. Meet with them once per month.

Description: Lead monthly table discussion based on questions provided, build relationships, and keep track of paperwork.

Skills Needed: Must be a DCC member and regular attender.
Time and Place: Second Tuesday night of each month for MOPS meetings plus one monthly three-hour meeting.

Description: Help needed in setting up before or cleaning up after meetings, assisting with monthly newsletter, working at registration desk, planning and guiding monthly crafts, and assisting with coordinating special events outside of regular meetings.
